  • We are flexible and available to help where and when you need it most. Client contact ranges from a rotating staff 24/7 during a crisis to once a month wellness checks.

  • Yes, travel time is billed at our regular rate and mileage is billed at the current government rate if we are using own vehicles.

  • All of our Care Managers hold master’s degrees in relevant fields, such as social work or nursing, ensuring a high level of expertise that distinguishes Whitmire from other companies.

  • Yes. Often, we meet in your home, at a doctor’s office or in a coffee shop – whatever is needed.

  • Our services are your choice, and our goal is that you are supported in the best way possible. We will help refer you to another provider if we aren’t a good fit.
